I travelled on a toll road, how do I pay?

You can buy a pass or open an account after you've travelled, but there are time limits for doing so.

For 24 Hour Passes, you have until midnight on the third day after you travelled.

For Weekend Passes, you have until midnight on the Tuesday after the weekend on which you travelled.

For e-TAG accounts, you have until midnight on the seventh day after you travelled to open an account or add a vehicle to an existing account.

If you don't cover your travel within these time frames, a toll invoice will be sent to the vehicle's owner.

If you travel without your e-TAG, but the vehicle you're driving is linked to your account, you'll be charged a no tag in vehicle fee, as well as the toll.

If your rental company isn't set up for travel on toll roads, you can buy a pass to use with your rental vehicle. Just link the licence plate number of your rental car to one of our passes for the period that you'll be travelling.
