How do I reactivate a suspended account?
You can reactivate your account by logging in and making the required payment.
You'll need to make a payment that brings your account back to a minimum balance of $40.
All you need to do is pay the balance owed.
If you use toll roads while your account is suspended, you may receive a toll invoice. When this happens, you'll need to pay the toll invoice as well as the amount needed to reactivate your account.
An easy way to avoid a suspended account is to set up automatic payments. Whenever your balance is low, we'll top it up by debiting your nominated credit card or bank account.
