Eastlink has experienced some recent technical issues affecting the processing of trip information.  This has led to a delay in the transfer of Eastlink trip files to CityLink customer accounts since 20 August 2008.

 

We are liaising closely with Eastlink and expect that these files will be transferred to Citylink in the coming days.

 

Once we receive this information, we will gradually transfer the charges for trips on EastLink to our customer’s accounts.  By progressively managing the application of charges to accounts we will minimize inconvenience and avoid the possibility of accounts going into suspension.

 

If customers have travelled extensively on Eastlink over the last fortnight their balance may be lower than they think. We’d suggest topping up their account to ‘smooth’ the impact that the late transfer of trips might have on their account.
